I looked at the Half Moon Bay buoy report mid-afternoon and it was reporting winds of 29 knots with gusts to 35 and a 16 foot swell every 11 seconds. I know, pretty bad when we're excited about having scratched baits, but compared to how it's been the past week, getting scratched baits is big news.
